Sandgate – 9 January 2012

On the way back from further north, I stopped by Sandgate for another brief look – brief as the missus was in the car. 😉

Trains in the Hunter are a little boring to look at, in that the majority of locomotives are a similar body type, just painted in the various liveries of the operating companies. Nonetheless, one thing that never ceases to amaze me is the non-stop procession of coal, and I tried to capture this “idea” as well as the trains themselves … all a bit experimental, so forgive me if they aren’t that great.
